Each building brings together four parts — structural system, building envelope, engineering and documentation, and project delivery — so you buy a finished building rather than a list of steel parts. A complete building engineered as one system — structural system, building envelope, engineering and documentation, and project delivery — configured to each project rather than designed from a blank sheet. It shortens the engineering programme, makes manufacturing predictable and produces a complete documentation pack, while still fitting the site and the equipment inside it.
Three markets: energy infrastructure (BESS and battery storage, electrical, transformer and substation buildings, control rooms), industrial infrastructure (warehouses, manufacturing, logistics, industrial halls, workshops) and digital infrastructure (data centre support buildings, generator buildings, technical facilities, cooling plant). Every building is engineered before it is manufactured, to Eurocode actions for the site, and the engineering is issued with it. Deliverables and design responsibility are agreed for each project before manufacture, and the design basis is recorded in the documentation. Engineering
Qualified production partners, selected around the project's technical requirements, programme and commercial priorities. Structural steelwork is manufactured under EN 1090, with the execution class set per project and the certification held by the production partner.
KLY delivers the complete engineered building and its documentation to site. Installation is completed by your appointed contractor, working from KLY drawings, and the interfaces to your installation, civils and electrical teams are set out before delivery.
A project document pack compiled alongside manufacture: declarations of performance, CE/UKCA documentation, material test certificates, welding and inspection records, coating certificates, structural drawings and delivery documentation. The exact pack is defined at quotation.
